Teach Me To Read, Illitercy

Illiteracy

In the United States there should be none. Except for a few neurological problems everyone should be able to read and write. Is it failure by parents and the schools? Some blame could be put on the student who doesn’t think it’s cool to be smart. Peer pressure is a strong motivation to put down learning. Teacher’s pet, brown noser and other teasing should be familiar to all of us. Give us some of your solutions.

This is the information age. How can we get people excited about reading after graduation?
